Math-by-Mail: Grades K-1Week 1Keep your math skills sharp over the summer! This "pen pal-like" program provides students the opportunity to practice previously learned math concepts and to build confidence. Students will take a pre-test to determine math skills and individualize their program. Students will then receive nine weeks of lessons. After they have completed a week's worth of work, they will mail it in, and we'll make corrections, provide comments, and mail it back! Students work at their pace in this program. Kids love receiving their returned assignments each week in the mail! When all lessons are completed, students will receive a certificate of achievement and a restaurant meal coupon.
