About Summer Camps
Choose your experience with Shakopee Community Education this summer! Each week, we will offer a variety of exciting morning and afternoon enrichment camps, all conveniently located at Sweeney Elementary (with a few exceptions). Register for the Lunch Link option (supervised lunch break) to create a full day of fun.
Lunch Link
For families looking for full-day options, the Lunch Link program is a perfect way to connect morning and afternoon camps. Lunch Link provides a supervised lunch hour and recess. Students are required to bring their own lunch. A separate registration is required at a cost of $20 per week. Lunch Link is only offered M-Th for camps held at Sweeney Elementary. Please note, students may register for a morning camp along with Lunch Link for a 9am-1pm experience, or they may register for Lunch Link and an afternoon camp for a Noon-4pm experience.
Financial Assistance
Fees for camps may be reduced for youth residing in District 720 boundaries. For families experiencing financial hardship, each immediate family member may receive up to a 50% fee reduction on one Community Education class per catalog, unless otherwise noted. Please contact Chris at cyounger@shakopee.k12.mn.us to get more information.
