Hypnosis for Weight LossHealth and WellnessStop your cravings for sweets, chocolates, breads, and pastries as well as salty and greasy foods. Stop snacking and overeating! Learn to desire healthier foods, to push your plate away when full, and get motivated to exercise. All behavioral changes must occur at an unconscious level to be lasting. With hypnosis, you can make that change! Class begins with introductions, then separate sessions for weight loss, followed by stop smoking/vaping hypnosis. There will be some down time as you wait for the other group to finish their session. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a pillow, blanket, sleeping bag, or bean bag for additional comfort. The fee includes the class, a reinforcement CD, and a card which allows you to attend future seminars free of charge if reinforcement is desired. Please check in by 5:45pm. In this two-day camp, participants will be introduced to advanced tools and techniques, including mandolins, instant pots, canning and multi-step recipes. In addition, students will review kitchen safety and healthy eating tips. This camp involves working in groups, moving through directions quickly and handling multiple hot items.
