This class includes discussion on boundaries, saying "no," de-escalation, and the importance of taking care of ourselves. Participants will learn the most critical elements to keep themselves safe and practice self-awareness. They will also punch, kick, block, yell and more. Build a strong foundation for strength and confidence. This is a youth-focused class. Parents are welcome to watch.
