Make a strong, confident first impression. Learn how to introduce yourself, start conversations, and keep them going without awkward moments. Practice listening skills and feel more comfortable talking with new people, classmates, and adults.

Digital Etiquette
Use technology the right way. Learn when to put your phone away, how to communicate respectfully online, and simple email tips that help you sound clear and confident.

Dining Etiquette
Feel comfortable at any table. Learn how to use utensils correctly, what to do with your napkin, and how to handle different dining situations. You’ll build skills that help you feel confident at family meals, restaurants, and special events.
