Join your classmates for Coding Club! Participants will have the opportunity to code projects collaboratively with their peers or work independently on Google CS First Scratch. Additionally, interested students can start to work on "text" coding through programs like Python. Coding topics may include game design, storytelling, music, art, and more! Meets eight times.

In this class, we will be learning how cotton candy is made by heating and spinning flavored sugar and Jolly Ranchers. We will also be playing games for fun prizes, like a carnival, and every student will go home with cotton candy and lots of prizes. Come and have some fun with your friends and enjoy the carnival.

Destination Imagination, for students in grades 1-12, inspires young people to imagine and innovate today so they become the creative and collaborative leaders of tomorrow. It is a step-by-step approach that helps students better understand problems and ask better questions, come up with solutions, learn from failures, and celebrate their achievements. Join us for an informational meeting to learn more about the program. The meeting is free of charge, but registration is encouraged.
