Saber Connection serves students enrolled in Stepping Stones Preschool at Pearson Early Learning Center and all five Shakopee elementary schools (Grades K–5). The program offers flexible scheduling options and focuses on academic support, enrichment, recreation and social development through a balance of structured activities and play-based experiences that help students learn, connect and grow. 2026-2027 School Year Registration Information Open Registration begins Monday, April 27 at 6:00 am Registration is completed online. After submitting your contract request, you will receive an email confirmation that your registration was received. You will receive a second email confirmation if/when your contract is accepted and your registration fee will be processed at that time. Registration fees are paid once per season, per contract, and are non-refundable. Payment for these fees are automated and processed when the registration has been accepted. If you withdraw your child from the program and register again in the same season, you will pay an additional registration fee. Early Childhood ScreeningEarly Childhood Screening is a FREE check of a child's hearing and vision, weight and height, health history, immunizations, speech and language, general development and motor skills. Screening identifies children who may have health or developmental concerns and connects families to resources in the school district and community. Please note that screening is NOT a readiness test for kindergarten. The state of Minnesota recommends screening shortly after a child turns 3. Screening is mandatory prior to beginning kindergarten. Important notes! There is no charge for this screening, but you must complete the checkout to be enrolled.
