Cheer Fundamentals
This fun and energetic cheer program introduces athletes to the fundamentals of cheerleading in a positive and supportive environment. Participants will learn a variety of cheers while developing body control, jumping technique, coordination and proper hand movements. Emphasis will also be placed on teamwork, sportsmanship, confidence and having a positive attitude.
Participants should bring a water bottle and wear athletic clothing and athletic shoes.
