Multi-Sport Skills
This program features fun skills training and games in two exciting sports: soccer and flag football. Athletes will develop a strong understanding of fundamental skills, game strategies and overall gameplay for each sport in a fun and supportive environment.
Participants should bring a water bottle, athletic shoes, and appropriate athletic clothing. All other equipment will be provided.
