Learn the fundamentals, effective responses to practical situations, and experience hands-on exercises. This class includes discussion on boundaries, saying "no," de-escalation, and the importance of taking care of ourselves. Participants will learn the most critical elements to keep themselves safe and practice self-awareness. They will also punch, kick, block, yell, and more.
