Over time, they’ve taken many forms - some as closed rolls, others as open pastries and even variations resembling thumbprint cookies. No matter the style, each one is filled with delicious preserves.
In this class, you’ll learn about the history of kolaches and make your own to take home and enjoy. Please bring a large, flat container for transporting your creations.
