The 2026 Scott County 55+ Senior Expo connects businesses and organizations with older adults and caregivers throughout Scott County. Vendor set-up begins at 8am. Registration includes one table and two chairs. Please bring your own tablecloth and a labeled raffle item (gift basket, gift card, etc.) to help make the event fun and engaging for attendees.

This workshop goes beyond the typical organizing tips to help you understand why you feel responsible for everything and how you can make small changes that give you lasting relief. You’ll walk away with: clear priorities to make easy decisions, new ways to ask for help and drop what doesn’t matter, and a plan you can start to use to start feeling more life balance right away.
