Kung Fu - Wu Shu for Self Defense & Fitness - Beginner
Learn the life-long benefits of Kung Fu, the Chinese martial art of self-defense and fitness. You'll build muscle, power, flexibility, and agility. This fun, progressive, full-participation class focuses on skill-building exercises that will strengthen your mind and body. Parents, don't sit on the sidelines! Register and participate with your child in class. Optional uniform and certification for White to Black Belt are available. Meets seven times.
National Treasure Kung Fu
SiFu Al Lam (International Master, temple-trained in mainland China) is a Hong Kong Champion. He has over 30 years of experience teaching youth and adults. He instructed the University of Minnesota Kung Fu Club for 13 years and has been awarded "Instructor of the Year" by the U of M Recreational Sports Department.
